What is ALPHA GPC?

Alpha GPP - Alpha-Glycylphosphorylcholine is a natural physiological precursor of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in processes related to memory and brain function.

Alpha GPP is more highly bioactive than any other choline receptor and has been found to have the ability to cross the blood brain barrier to reach the brain.

What is the action of Alpha GPC?
