With a reduced sugar content and a high amount of aminos, Protein Ice Cream is a suitable dessert for hot summer days.

Protein Ice Cream from HS LABS contains:

• 26 grams of protein per serving
• Only 4 grams of fat
• Only 2 grams of sugar
• With added fibers
• Low calorie content - 225 cal
• NO aspartame
• WITHOUT Acesulfame-K

Preparation method:

• One dose (50 g) is mixed with 100 ml of water or low-fat milk.
• Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
• Freeze in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
• Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and whisk again.
• Refreeze for a further 40 minutes.
• If desired, fruit or nuts can be added.
