The phosphatidyl serine substrate of NOW® is a naturally occurring phospholipid derived from soy lecithin, which plays an essential role in protein composition.

According to not a few studies, phosphatidyl serine promotes proper brain function and lowers levels of cortisol after physical loads.

It contributes to activate the glucose metabolism in the brain. It also increases the resistance of nerve cells to damage.
